  •      comprehensive well-women check ups emphasizing screening, risk assessment and prevention

MY PHILOSOPHY

The absolute cornerstones of a healthy self include good nutrition and an active body, as well as healthy mind and spirit.  A healthy self can decrease the risk of developing illness, and, can help in the recovery from illness.

The choices made for a healthy self are also good choices for the environment.   

​

There is a fundamental connection between healthy self and healthy planet.
