Personal

I was raised in Eastend, Saskatchewan on our family farm.  I moved back to Eastend from Regina, with my husband and children.  We now farm together while I run my medical practice.  We are a certified organic farm growing mostly grains and pulses.  Cows, chickens cats and dogs also share our space.

I feel my  greatest gratitude .......

• being together with family or friends,

• being part of nature

• through the  privilege of caring for patients

I feel the joy when I'm camping, hiking, or skiing, or

when I'm creating a meal with my partner,

or when there is that spectacular prairie sky.

 

Education & Experience

• BSc in Biology

• MD and Family Medicine  (CFPC) from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, and Regina.

• Former physician at the Regina Community Clinic with a full family medicine and obstetrical practice.

• Previously served on the Obstetrical Review Committee and as a designated physician for the RCMP.

Currently

My medical practice in Eastend focuses on adult mental health counselling, comprehensive well-woman checkups with an emphasis on preventive medicine and screenings, as well as prenatal care.    Additionally, I serve as the attending physician at the Eastend Wolf Willow Health Centre, where I provide compassionate long-term and palliative care services.
