Appointments

  • Appointments range from 10+ minutes to 50 minutes. The longer appointments for counselling. It is helpful to give Pam a bit of an idea of the nature of your visit so she can book accordingly.

  • Pam will generally text you with an appointment reminder

  • please provide Pam with your current contact information and current Medication list

Missed Appointments

•.   Please provide notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that your time can be given to someone else.  •.  With insufficient notice, or repeatedly not attending, there may be a charge to you for missed appointment.

Test Results

  • Many test results are now uploaded and available to you to see by accessing MySaskHealthRecord (Saskatchwan eHealth).

  • I encourage you to make sure you know the results of any tests that have been done.   Check your results online or see the health care provider that ordered the tests, or, both!   The idea that 'No news is good news" is not valid.  It can also mean results were missed or not seen.

We are in a Climate Crisis.

There is no doubt on this .   I believe we can make the changes we need to do.  For the planet.  For our children.   Learn about it.  Do whatever you can do.

I strive to make healthier choices for the environment

  • healthcare has a large negative environmental impact and as such I try to be aware of changes and choices I can make in my practice.    Some of these include:

  • recycling

  • choosing multi use medical instruments vs single use instruments  where appropriate

  • utilizing alternate delivery devices instead of metered dose inhalers
